1. Introduction
Welcome to GS WORLD IAS, an initiative of Kunwar Educom Private Limited (“Company”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”).
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern the access and use of all services, content, and materials made available on our official website https://www.gsworldonline.com (the “Website”) and the GS WORLD IAS Learning App (the “App”) on Google Play and Apple App Store.
Collectively, the Website and App shall be referred to as the “Platform.”
By using or registering on our Platform, you (“User”, “You”, “Your”) agree to be legally bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue using the Platform immediately.
2. Eligibility
2.1 Only persons who are legally competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 may use or subscribe to the Platform.
If you are a minor (below 18 years), you must use the Platform under the supervision and consent of your parent or legal guardian.
2.2 By registering, you confirm that all information provided by you is true, accurate, and current.
The Company is not responsible for verifying the authenticity of user information.

4. Account Registration & Access
4.1 To use our services, you may need to create an account by providing your name, email address, phone number, and password.
4.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4.3 The Company may verify your identity using a valid government ID (Aadhaar, Passport, Voter ID, etc.) before granting full access.
4.4 You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
5. Subscription Plans and Paid Services
5.1 Certain content, tests, and features are accessible only through paid subscriptions.
5.2 Subscription is personal and non-transferable.
You cannot sell, share, or distribute your login credentials or content.
5.3 Subscription features, prices, and validity may vary depending on the course, batch, or plan chosen.
5.4 The Company reserves the right to revise or modify plans, prices, and services without prior notice.
6. Payment Terms
6.1 Payments must be made through authorized payment gateways on our Platform.
All amounts include applicable taxes (GST).
6.2 Payments once made are non-refundable, except in cases of verified duplicate payment or transaction failure.
6.3 In case of non-payment or chargeback, access to content will be suspended until dues are cleared.
6.4 We use third-party payment processors (Razorpay, Cashfree, etc.).
We are not liable for payment failures caused by banks, gateways, or network issues.
7. Study Materials, Lectures, and Course Content
7.1 Study materials include but are not limited to:
- Video lectures
- PDFs, notes, and e-books
- Test series, assignments, and doubt sessions
7.2 The Company strives for accuracy but does not guarantee selection, marks, or rank.
7.3 Faculty and batch assignments may change at the Company’s discretion without notice.
7.4 The Company may update or replace content periodically (“Editions”) to maintain academic relevance. Previous editions may be discontinued.
8. Fair Usage Policy
8.1 Each account is meant for individual use only.
8.2 The following actions are strictly prohibited and may lead to permanent suspension without refund:
- Sharing login credentials
- Screen recording, mirroring, or broadcasting lectures
- Using rooted/jailbroken devices or emulators
- Uploading or distributing GS WORLD IAS content on any platform
- Downloading or reselling paid materials
8.3 The Company monitors usage hours, IP locations, and device logins to detect policy violations.
9. System Requirements and Technical Support
9.1 Recommended minimum requirements:
- Android 6.0+ / iOS 12+
- Latest Chrome or Firefox browser
- Stable internet connection (5 Mbps+)
9.2 The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted service or compatibility with all devices.
9.3 Technical support is available during business hours for enrolled users through chat, call, or email.
10. Intellectual Property Rights
10.1 All content on the Platform—including study materials, videos, designs, logos, graphics, software, and trademarks—is the intellectual property of Kunwar Educom Private Limited.
10.2 Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access content for personal educational use only.
10.3 Any copying, reproduction, recording, or redistribution of content without written consent is strictly prohibited and constitutes copyright infringement.
11. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Upload, post, or share defamatory, abusive, or illegal material;
- Violate copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights;
- Use the Platform for advertising or commercial gain;
- Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or bypass DRM or platform security;
- Engage in piracy or account selling.
Any violation may result in legal action under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Copyright Act, 1957.
12. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
12.1 The Platform and Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
12.2 The Company makes no warranties regarding error-free content, continuous access, or guaranteed success in any exam.
12.3 To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
12.4 The Company is not responsible for:
- Internet or device failures
- Browser or system incompatibility
- Third-party service disruptions
13. Termination of Access
We may suspend or terminate access if:
- You violate these Terms or the Privacy Policy,
- Engage in illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activities, or
- Breach intellectual property or fair usage rules.
Termination is without refund and may include legal proceedings.
14. Privacy and Data Protection
Your data is collected, used, and protected as described in our Privacy Policy.
By using the Platform, you consent to such processing.
15. Communications Consent
By registering or using our Platform, you authorize GS WORLD IAS (Kunwar Educom Pvt. Ltd.) to contact you via phone, SMS, WhatsApp, or email regarding:

This authorization remains valid even if your number is listed on the DND/NCPR Registry.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi (NCT of Delhi).
17. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kunwar Educom Private Limited, its employees, affiliates, and partners from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from:
- Your use of the Platform;
- Violation of these Terms; or
- Infringement of intellectual property or rights of others.
18. Modifications and Updates
We reserve the right to modify, edit, or discontinue any feature, course, or service at any time without prior notice.
Your continued use after changes indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
19. Entire Agreement
These Terms of Use, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional policies or notices published on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and Kunwar Educom Private Limited (GS WORLD IAS).
