1. General Policy Statement
At GS WORLD IAS, we strive to ensure that our students and users have a satisfactory learning experience.
However, once a course is purchased or admission is confirmed, we follow a clear and transparent Cancellation and Refund Policy as described below.
By purchasing any course, test series, or subscription from GS WORLD IAS (through the Website, App, or offline centers), you agree to the terms stated in this policy.
2. Cancellation Policy
2.1 Online Courses and Digital Products
- Once you have purchased or subscribed to any online course, test series, or digital content, cancellation is not permitted under any circumstances.
- All payments made for online courses, downloadable content, e-books, or test subscriptions are non-refundable and non-transferable, regardless of usage status.
- Cancellations will not be accepted for promotional or discounted courses purchased under special offers, including but not limited to festive campaigns (Diwali, Holi, Independence Day, etc.) or exam-specific discounts.
2.2 Classroom (Offline) Courses
- A request for cancellation must be made in writing (via email or physical form) within 12 hours of admission confirmation.
- Cancellations are not accepted once:
- The student has attended the first class; or
- Course material/access has been provided; or
- We have initiated course processing (enrollment, seat allocation, or class scheduling).
2.3 Special Offers and Limited-Time Enrollments
- No cancellations or refunds are applicable for admissions or subscriptions made under special occasion offers (e.g., “Festival Discounts”, “Crash Batches”, “One-Time Offers”, etc.).
- These are time-limited promotional enrollments and therefore non-cancellable and non-refundable.
3. Refund Policy
3.1 For Offline/Classroom Courses
Refund eligibility is based on the duration elapsed from the date of course commencement:

- Admission/registration charges (if any) are non-refundable.
3.2 For Online Courses and Test Series
- As digital content is accessible instantly after purchase, no refund will be provided once login credentials, materials, or video access are activated.
- This applies to all online live batches, recorded courses, e-books, and test packages purchased through GS WORLD IAS Website or App.
4. Course Change / Transfer Policy
- Requests for course transfer (changing from one batch/course to another) may be considered only once, subject to seat availability and approval from management.
- Any approved course transfer will incur an administrative charge of 10% of the course fee.
- Transfers between online and offline modes are not permitted after admission confirmation.
5. Dispute Resolution
- In case of any dispute regarding cancellation or refund, the decision of Kunwar Educom Private Limited management shall be final and binding.
- Users are requested to read all course details carefully, including batch timing, faculty, and features, before enrolling.
6. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund
All cancellation or refund requests must be sent to our official email ID:

- Order ID or admission receipt number
- Reason for cancellation/refund
The Finance/Accounts Department will acknowledge receipt within 48 working hours and initiate processing after review.
7. Important Notes
- Refunds, if approved, are made only to the original payer and cannot be transferred to another student or account.
- GST, payment gateway charges, and processing fees are non-refundable.
- Any course cancelled due to force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, etc.) will be addressed through extended validity or digital alternatives, not cash refunds.
